Mom and I recently went to visit my sister in New York and when we got there I couldn’t believe it – she’d been living without air conditioning all summer! Apparently her bills were too high for her to afford it and her unit needed some work so she’d just learned to deal. Well, we’re not used to the heat and had a much harder time “dealing” so I went towww.NEWYORKenergyrates.com and found a way to get her energy costs down and contacted my old college boyfriend who worked for an AC company. We got Sherry all fixed up and her AC was running by day three but she is still really paranoid and keeps it on about 75 degrees during the day! It’s still hot but it’s better than it was before, that’s for sure, so we didn’t say anything to her and just rode out the rest of the visit without an argument. Sherry can be so stubborn sometimes and neither of us wanted to get into it with her, especially over the AC.
